SLS 3D printing online, real-time pricing

Selective laser sintering: a laser fuses nylon powder layer by layer. The part grows inside the powder itself, so no supports are needed and complex geometries, snap fits and moving parts can be printed in one go.

  • Instant price, excluding VAT
  • STL or STEP files
  • Technician check before production
  • Businesses and professionals only

Functional parts

Tough, strong nylon, suited to clips, brackets, housings, ducts and spare parts that really work.

No supports

Undercuts, internal channels and assemblies printed already fitted together, with no support marks to remove.

From one-off to series

Many parts share the same build chamber: the unit price drops with quantity.

Materials
PA12
The benchmark for technical parts: stiff, stable, good chemical resistance.
PA11
More ductile and impact resistant, bio-based.
TPU
Flexible, for seals, bellows and elastic parts.
Typical uses
  • Discontinued plastic spare parts
  • Brackets, clips and mounts
  • Housings and covers

Frequently asked questions

What finish does an SLS part have?

The surface is slightly grainy and matt, similar to fine bead blasting. On request the part can be dyed, smoothed or painted.

What tolerances can I expect?

For medium-sized parts typical tolerances are in the order of a few tenths of a millimetre. If you have critical dimensions, list them in the notes: the technician checks them before production.

Which file should I upload?

STL or STEP, in millimetres. If you only have the physical part we can scan it and rebuild the model.

How much does an SLS part cost?

It depends mainly on the part volume and the quantity. Upload the file above: the price appears in a few seconds, excluding VAT.
